Who we’re looking for

Dot Compliance is a leading provider of cloud Quality and Compliance management solutions for the life science industry. Dot’s SaaS solutions are based on the world’s most innovative cloud technology provider, salesforce.com. We are a young and innovative software company, looking to dramatically change how pharma, biotech and medical device companies manage their quality and compliance regulated processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the Salesforce system to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Design and implement technological solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Analyze business needs and define user requirements.
  • Prepare test plans and conduct acceptance testing to validate solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Document processes and provide insights to improve data workflows and system efficiency.
  • Assist with project management activities.
  • Monitor various data sources for compelling events research.
  • Assist in creating an informative picture of potential buyers' accounts.

Do you have what we’re looking for?

  • Remaining studies of a year and a half - mandatory in Information Systems or Industrial Management.
  • Availability for a 60% part-time position with flexibility during exam periods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) models.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • (Optional) Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its data structures is a plus.
